Ports, database, and loopback health checks for the Mac monorepo.

Production customers should use https://api.cxopin.dev. The notes below are only for developers running the CXOPIN monorepo on their Mac.

The web app binds to 127.0.0.1 on port 3009 unless that port is taken. The Fastify API binds to 127.0.0.1 on port 3010. The browser talks only to the web origin. A local route forwards /api/platform to the API.

For local monorepo work, PostgreSQL should run on the same machine. Do not point a developer DATABASE_URL at production.
